Me Céline Moos holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Law awarded by the University of Fribourg (2008-2013). During her Master degree, she spent two semester at the University of Stockholm.
Between 2013 et 2015, she evolved as a trainee attorney at the law firm KELLER et DUTOIT in Estavayer-le-Lac. She then supported the Chair of Civil Law at the University of Fribourg in the publication of the Summary of Federal and Cantonal Court decisions in Family Law. At the beginning of 2016, she joined the Construction and Development Department (SeCA) of the Canton of Fribourg on a part-time basis until she obtained the bar exam at the end of 2016 and then on a full-time basis until the end of 2018.
She joined de law firm MC ATTORNEYS Sàrl in January 2019 as an associate.
During her internship as trainee attorney, she acquired a good knowledge of civil litigation (matrimonial law, contract law, debt collection and bankruptcy law) as well as criminal procedure. After three years in the Construction and Development Department (SeCA) and in view of her position as Secretary of the Architecture and Urbanism Commission (CAU), she specialised in construction and territorial development law.
Since becoming active at the bar, she has continued to improve her skills in legal representation in both civil and criminal litigation. In particular, she conducts procedures in the Canton of Berne for the clients of the Gstaad office. Given her linguistic skills, she is fluent and actively participates in the management of many cases with international implications.
