Me Béatrice Stahel is co-founder and partner of the law firm MC ATTORNEYS LLC, created in 2015.
In 2010, she joined the Geneva law firm (active in international business law) MONFRINI CRETTOL & PARTNERS (www.mcswisslaw.com) in association with Me Gilles CRETTOL to open its Valais offices in Sion.
Between 2005 and the end of 2010, she evolved within the law firm DE PFYFFER& Associés in Geneva, first as a trainee attorney and then, after having passed the bar examinations in 2007, practised as an attorney-at-law until 2010 as an associate developing an independent activity.
With the benefit of over 10 years of experience at the Bar, she gained expertise in domestic and international contract law, commercial and company law and specific enforcement law (including enforcement of foreign decisions and freezing orders).
She acted as leading counsel in judicial and arbitral proceedings with international ramifications and ensured the coordination and management of legal and accounting aspects of an international holding structure of luxury real estate (family office).
She has knowledge in various contractual fields including sale of refineries, of aircraft and hotel management.
Since becoming active at the Valais bar, she consolidated her knowledge in assisting high net worth individuals taking up residency in Switzerland, estate and tax planning, real estate law, and intensified her practice of the bar in various fields (successions, specific enforcement and bankruptcies, white collar crime, constructions, international tax assistance).
She is also eager to train carefully selected trainee attorneys who wish to pass the Bar examinations.
