Dorian Dessimoz holds both a Bachelor (2011) and a Master of Law (2013) awarded by the University of Geneva. During his Master degree, he spent a semester at the University of Heidelberg.
In 2014, he joined the firm Monfrini Crettol & Partners (Sion office, VS) as a trainee attorney. He continued his internship at the firm Canonica Valticos de Preux + Partners in Geneva. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as a lawyer for the Division for Exchange of Information in Tax Matters at the Federal Tax Administration.
During his internship, Dorian Dessimoz gained experience in civil litigation (divorce law, inheritance law, contract law, asset recovery), but also in white-collar crime proceedings.
At the Federal Tax Administration, he acquired a good practical and legal knowledge of administrative assistance in tax matters upon request. He was in charge of the whole proceeding from the collect of information to their transmission to the requesting states, including the representation of the Division before federal courts (TAF / TF).
