Eléonore de Planta was educated and passed the Swiss high school exam (the Maturité cantonale) in the canton of Geneva. She then joined the Faculty of Law of the University of Fribourg. In 2015, she passed her Bachelor of Law with a bilingual French-German certificate. After spending two semesters at the University of Vienna through the Erasmus programme, in 2017 she completed her Master of Law with a bilingual French-German certificate.
During her studies, Eléonore de Planta had the opportunity to complete an internship with a Law firm in Geneva.
She has been involved in various associations. Her position gave her experience in the delivery of large-scale projects.
She has also worked occasionally for international companies, which has furnished her with a good understanding of working at the corporate level.
